Virtutel provides a wide range of Options for Direct Internet Access including

Due to Virtutel’s Expansive Network, we are able to provide Metro Ethernet and Managed Leased Line Services in more places than other service providers including domestically with in Australia and internationally including New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe.

business nbn™ Access Services
Virtutel is connected directly to all 121 Points of Interconnect on the National Broadband Network (nbn™) in Australia.
Virtutel provides Business Grade Direct Internet Access services for the following nbn™ Access Mediums
- FTTP, FTTN, FTTB, FTTC and HFC TC-4 (Best Effort)
- FTTP, FTTN, FTTC and FTTB TC-2 (Assured Forwarding)
Virtutel offers TC-4 Best Effort Services either as a consumer usage based service or a Business Grade service with a fixed maximum contention of 4:1. All Business Grade services include the Enhanced-12 SLA, providing 1 Hour response, 12 Hours restore and an inclusive Router/NTU with each service.
Further to these Access Methods, Virtutel also provides Direct Fibre Services within the Fixed Network Footprint of nbn™ via Enterprise Ethernet. Enterprise Ethernet is MEF Certified and is separate to the GPON Network, with direct access from the customer premises to the nearest FAN Point and onwards to the local POI. Symmetric Speeds of between 10Mbps to 1Gbps are available with this product. Virtutel provides services nationally from all nbn™ Points of Interconnect.
Virtutel also provides services in Rural and Remote services in Australia with the nbn™ SkyMuster Satellite offering.
